• Hand-washing detergent must never be used in a dishwasher, as it will create large foams of bubbles, which will eventually leak from the dishwasher. If hand-washing detergent is accidentally used, the best way to remove the foam is by spraying salt, and the dishwasher should be forced into a drain cycle to remove the soap and water.
• To improve your dishwasher's performance you need to clean the basket filter and the holes in the spray arms every few months.
• It is recommended that your dishwasher has a full clean and service every couple of years to remove the builharmful germs and grease.
